How it works

  1. Your phone rings while you're under a sink, on a roof, or halfway up the Parkway. You let it go.
  2. Emily picks up in your business name and gets the caller's name, number, problem and address.
  3. Your phone buzzes with a card. If they've called before, it says so — “Called before · Sep 3 · Water heater leaking” — right on the card. Call back when your hands are free — or tap “Text back” for a one-tap reply, already typed, so you don't even have to dial.
  4. If it sounds like it can't wait — a burst pipe, no heat, a gas smell — the card gets a red EMERGENCY tag and a different, louder alert, so it doesn't get lost next to an ordinary call.

Tap the microphone and talk. “Remind me to call the insurance company at 3.” “Note — Rivera needs a 40-gallon heater.” Emily writes it down, sets the reminder, and buzzes your phone when it's time. No typing, no separate app, nothing to learn. Everything she hears is shown back to you in words before it's saved.

Add up to 6 people you hand work to — a helper, a second van, whoever's your Mike. Say “Send that to Mike,” or “Send the topsoil job to Mike,” and it opens a text to them, already filled in with the job and the address. Kept on your phone only — nobody else sees your crew list.
